Br Luke efo is the founding Brother Shepherd of the Ecumenical Franciscan Order (EFO) which was established in 2003. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2004. Since his ordination, he has been the Parish Priest for the Parish of the Holy Redeemer (ECCA). More recently he is the Senior Priest for the Blue Mountains Franciscan Church, which the former Holy Redeemer parishioners founded in September 2015. He holds a Master of Arts (Theology) degree from the Australian Catholic University.
